Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, ACE BIKINIS LLC enforces a strict return policy.


Final Sale Notice

All bikini sales are considered final sale, except where eligibility requirements outlined below are strictly met.


Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery and are subject to inspection and approval by ACE BIKINIS LLC.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • With original tags fully attached

  • Free of any signs of wear, including but not limited to:

    • Stretching

    • Stains

    • Odors (deodorant, perfume, lotion, detergent)

Items must be returned in original packaging where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will be automatically rejected if:

  • Tags have been removed or altered

  • The bikini shows any signs of wear or use

  • The item has been altered in any way

Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Inspection Authority

All returned items are subject to final inspection at the sole discretion of ACE BIKINIS LLC.
Inspection determinations are final and non-negotiable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • ACE BIKINIS LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Refunds apply to the product price only.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return eligible items and place a new order.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting help@acebikinis.com may result in denial of the claim. ACE BIKINIS LLC maintains shipment tracking, inspection records, and return documentation for dispute resolution.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to customer error (including incorrect address or customs refusal) are not eligible for refunds.
